What does your working day look like as Front Office Associate?

• Updating the reservation system with utmost care.
• Assisting guests with different kind of questions, approaching them with utmost hospitality and welcoming them from all over the world.
• Providing optimal service by applying out-of-the-box thinking to Guest service’.

What do we expect from you as Front Office Associate?

• Hospitality related education is required.
• You speak Dutch and English fluently.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Front Office Associate in hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g. Opera) is a plus.
• Owning driving license B
