A professional, 4 star superior hotel located near the Haarlemmermeerse Bos in Hoofddorp with 260 modern hotel rooms and 10 conference rooms. The hotel has aligned its facilities and service with their main focus group: international business travelers.

What will your working days look like?

• Night shifts from 22.45 till 07.00.
• Checking daily reports and financial transactions using your eagle-eye.
• Processing daily output in ready-made files for Finance.
• Checking guests in and out, answering their questions and handling their requests
• Having a watchful eye during the duty rounds.
• Ensuring a smooth transfer with the morning shift.

Courtyard by Marriott is looking for:

An administrative god. Data? Bring it on! The daily financial framework will be absolutely fine as you will get it done. Being hospitable is your second nature. Guests visiting you during the night at the Front Desk will know!

Education and working experience

• Experience in Front Office.
• Experience with reservations system Opera is a plus.
• ERO (Emergency Response Officers) diploma is a plus, else we fix it for you!

Extra requirements

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• You are eager to learn, characterized by a problem solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
