Yes! We are so glad to see the hotel’s occupancy rate is rising again. Therefore, we are looking for a fulltime Reservations Agent. In this position you will process the incoming reservations for one Marriott International hotel:

Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport: a professional, 4 star superior hotel located near the Haarlemmermeerse Bos in Hoofddorp with 260 modern hotel rooms and focusing on the international business traveler.

What does your working day look like as Reservations Agent?

The back office team operates in Hoofddorp. Together with your colleagues you will process the incoming reservations smoothly. Your tasks:

• Confirming reservations: taking room reservations for individuals as for groups, all with a positive, trusted feeling and you will provide answers to all guests’ questions.
• Managing guests wishes and needs: asking the right questions in order to assign the best suitable rooms.
• Keeping track of the reservation system: you work in a structured and accurate way.
• Show arounds in the hotel (occasionally): you speak in public with confidence.

We are looking for:

Hospitality by phone? You know it like no other! You are someone who is able to switch quickly between different type of requests and reservations. Besides, you always find the right tone to satisfy guests.

What do we expect from you as Reservations Agent?

• Intermediate (HBO) working level.
  
• Commercial or hospitality related education.
  
• You have a pleasant phone voice.
• Knowledge of MARSHA and Opera PMS is a benefit.
• Strong written and oral skills in Dutch and English.
