About Barraca Amsterdam
Barraca is Claus Group’s spectacular Rodizio Grill & Bar concept. Rodizio is an authentic Brazilian dining concept, where a wide variety of meats are grilled and then carved and served at the table by a team of Passadores. In addition, guests enjoy unlimited access to the extensive Fresh Market Table and a variety of served side dishes.
At Barraca Amsterdam, it’s all about the experience. From a relaxed drink to large-scale events: our guests can count on excellent service, an atmospheric setting, and a perfectly curated beverage selection. As Bar Manager, you’ll play a key role in this.
Following our success in Hoofddorp, we’ve opened our new location in the heart of Amsterdam and you can be a part of it!
