F&B Supervisor (FT)

Courtyard by Marriott - Amsterdam Airport

A professional, 4-star superior hotel on the edge of the Haarlemmermeer forest in Hoofddorp with 260 modern hotel rooms and 10 meeting rooms. We receive mainly international business travelers and have designed our facilities and service accordingly.

Your position in a nutshell:

• Organizing, delegating and controlling the F&B team. You are an inspirator!

• Training and coaching of new employees.

• Being an optimal host/hostess and thus an example for the team.

• Staff planning and optimizing work processes.

Also part of it: 

• Team management: our concept calls for close cooperation between the kitchen and service team. You are the central link: you motivate and coach colleagues, ensure job satisfaction and work operationally and therefore quickly identify action points.

• Inventory management: you keep the overview, take stock of needs, order goods and keep good contact with suppliers.

• Procedure development: you get the opportunity to give your own twist to this function: you think about concepts and procedures and work them out in tight SOPs.

• It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality. A load of experience is not necessary, as long as you have the right drive.

• Living in Hoofddorp or nearby.
