What does your working day look like as Front Office Associate?

• Welcoming guests from all over the world and providing them all the assistance they need.
• Updating the reservations system with utmost care.
• Making guests happy by giving out-of-the-box content to ‘Guest Service’.

What do we expect from you as Front Office Associate?

• Two years of front desk experience.
• Relevant hospitality education is required.
• Strong written and oral skills (English).
• Driving license B.
• Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g. Opera) is a plus.
