Job description
Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to develop your skills across social media, email marketing, content creation, analytics, and marketing automation? Do you enjoy combining creativity with data to help campaigns perform better? Then we would love to meet you.
As a Junior Online Marketeer, you will support the execution of our marketing strategy across multiple brands, venues, and events. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and the wider commercial team to help drive awareness, engagement, and bookings through digital channels.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a broad marketing skill set while gaining hands-on experience with modern marketing tools, CRM systems, content creation, and campaign performance analysis.
What you will do
Manage and execute content across social media channels.
Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns and other promotional activities.
Assist with marketing automation and CRM activities (HubSpot).
Update website content and create landing pages.
Create and adapt marketing materials using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and dashboards.
Support SEO and website optimization initiatives.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Job requirements
What you bring
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or communications role, preferably in a B2C environment with an affinity for B2B marketing.
A degree or relevant education in Marketing, Communication, Media, Commercial Economics, or a related field.
Affinity with social media marketing, email marketing, and digital content creation.
Basic understanding of CRM systems and customer journeys.
Experience with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools is a plus.
Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Strong written communication skills in Dutch and English.
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects running simultaneously.
Available for 40 hours a week.
