As a Passador at Barraca Amsterdam, you are the centerpiece of our unique Rodizio experience. Carrying large skewers full of perfectly grilled meat, you walk through the restaurant and carve the finest cuts for our guests at their tables with flair, precision, and a big smile.

About Barraca

Barraca is the spectacular Rodizio Grill & Bar concept from Claus Group, where hospitality, taste, and experience come together. After great success in Hoofddorp, we will soon be opening our new location on Max Euweplein in Amsterdam, and you can be part of this adventure from day one!

At Barraca, everything revolves around the Rodizio principle: our Passadores continuously walk around with large skewers and treat guests to perfectly grilled meat, cut directly at the table.

What will you be doing?

• As a Passador, you will be responsible for:

• Presenting and carving different types of meat at the table;

• Explaining the dishes and the Rodizio concept to guests;

• Creating a unique, energetic atmosphere on the floor;

• Working with the kitchen team to ensure everything runs smoothly;

• Being willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays;

• Ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile and a full stomach.

What do you bring to the table?

• A passion for hospitality and food;

• Confidence, showmanship, and an eye for detail;

• You enjoy interacting with guests and are not afraid to be in the spotlight;

• You live in (or near) Amsterdam and are available during the week and at weekends;

• Experience with meat or grilling is a plus, but not a requirement—we will train you to become a skilled Passadore!

• An affinity with South American culture and cuisine is an advantage.
