Bar Employee (FT/PT)

Are you energetic, hospitable, and do you feel at home behind the bar? We are looking for enthusiastic Bar Staff for the opening of Barraca Rodizio Grill & Bar on Max Euweplein!

As a Bar Employee, you will be the point of contact at the bar and will ensure perfectly prepared drinks and a pleasant atmosphere. You will contribute directly to a wonderful experience for our guests in this new, vibrant restaurant in the heart of Amsterdam.

About Barraca

Barraca is the spectacular Rodizio Grill & Bar concept from Claus Group. Rodizio is an authentic Brazilian food concept, where a wide range of meats are prepared on the grill and cut and served at the table by a team of Passadores. In addition, there is unlimited access to the extensive Fresh Market Table and various side dishes served at the table.

Following our success in Hoofddorp, we will soon be opening our new location in the heart of Amsterdam, and you can be there from day one!

What will you be doing?

• Preparing and serving drinks and cocktails;

• Greeting guests in a friendly manner at the bar;

• Ensuring the bar is neat, clean, and well-organized;

• Working together with the waiting staff and kitchen during busy periods;

• Contributing to a good flow and positive atmosphere;

• Working evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

What do you bring to the table?

• An energetic and presentable appearance;

• An affinity with hospitality and bar work (experience is an advantage);

• Stress resistance and a proactive attitude;
