As a Supervisor at Barraca Amsterdam, you will play a key role in the opening of our new Rodizio Grill & Bar on the bustling Max Euweplein. You will be the point of contact on the floor, managing the team and ensuring that every guest enjoys the unique Barraca experience.

With your energy, overview, and sense of hospitality, you will ensure that the team is ready, operations run smoothly, and guests leave with a smile.

About Barraca

Barraca is the spectacular Rodizio Grill & Bar concept from Claus Group. Rodizio means continuously enjoying perfectly grilled meat, straight from the large skewers that our Passadores carve at your table. Following our success in Hoofddorp, we will soon be opening our new location in the heart of Amsterdam, close to Leidseplein, and you can help build on this success from the very beginning!

Tasks and responsibilities

As a Supervisor at Barraca Amsterdam, you will be responsible for daily operations and ensuring the ultimate guest experience. You will:

• Coach and manage the service team and hostesses and motivate colleagues on the floor;

• Be ultimately responsible for sales processing;

• Be jointly responsible for creating schedules and purchasing;

• Maintain an overview during busy services and switch gears quickly when necessary;

• Ensure the quality of service and products;

• Create a positive working atmosphere that combines hard work and fun;

• Be an accessible point of contact for guests and employees;

• Be jointly responsible for opening and closing the restaurant;

• You are willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• You handle all incoming reviews.
